Chargehand / Supervisor

This company are one of the leading players in supplying hi-tech equipment to a range of small businesses to large corporations with a reputation for delivering their services on time, every time.
As a Chargehand, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 assemblers on a permanent night shift.

Key duties of the role:

• Leading a team of 5 assemblers
• Running assembly shop
• Organising workload
• Assembly of Aluminium Panels
• Operating bonding and gluing machines
• Reading from drawings
• Operating table saws
• Dealing with Health and safety and first aid

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous team leader / chargehand experience
• Looking to progress career
• First Aid qualified
• Health and Safety conscious

Hours of work:

• 18:00 - 06:00 Sunday - Thursday
